Applicant must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a full charge bookkeeper/ Office manager. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Must understand general accounting, as well as accrual accounting. Must be able to generate and understand monthly financial statements.
Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks, and able to do monthly invoicing, collections, accounts payable & accounts receivable. Must have working knowledge of Intuit Online Payroll Systems, as well as various payroll tax forms. Must understand bank account functions. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Must understand that confidentiality and organization are key.
Must be able to follow through on complete ongoing processes and projects. Must have interpersonal skills- the ability to relate in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to function without direct supervision.
Qualified Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe PDF. Candidate must also have reliable transportation and clean driving record. A great personality and team player attitude is a must.
Primary on-location provider of Measurement While Drilling (MWD) drilling services. Acting as lead field engineer with responsibility for job execution, overall performance of service and the provision of technical and operational expertise to the client and all third party representatives.
Assist in ensuring the company assets on location are maintained in good working order and are protected from damage and equipment needs are communicated to MWD Coordinator on a timely manner. Assist in recording operational data and complete relevant job documentation as set out by operations department guidelines Provide the external customer with relevant information regarding job progress, problems, and solutions and provide accurate job data.
Provide operational advice on pertinent equipment technical / operational specifications to third party personnel in a professional manner. Work safely at all times and ensure that all safety standards are met and maintained.
Our job field engineering job requires someone willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Long hours sometimes, ability to lift 40lbs, be on call 24 hours when on days off and being able to work 20days a month away from home.
Organizes work by reviewing daily requirements; checking and gathering supplies. Completes MWD tool service requirements by disassembling (where required) thoroughly cleaning and inspecting all equipment coming from the job site. Responsible for replacing any worn, damaged or missing components. Retrieve and store job data from tool memory for analysis and troubleshooting if required.
Neatly pack all equipment in job box and ensure the correct number of spare parts and service tools are present and accounted for Troubleshoot failed equipment and work with engineering team to identify and correct issues.
Basic soldering of electronic components and assembly of electronic modules. Maintains safe environment by keeping all tools and equipment properly stored as well as following procedure concerning cleaning solvents, hydraulic fluids and other chemicals used in day to day operations. Following standards and procedures concerning personal protection such as goggles, safety shoes, lab coats, etc. Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Market research and planning, including monitoring the activities of competitor to stay on top of their actions in the market and develop plans to stay ahead of them. Contact customers and submit proposals for all facets of the services provided by the company. Must have a clear understanding of upcoming projects and seek new avenues of business for the company that fits its capabilities and growth plans.
Assist in the preparation of estimates and bids for internal approval and to submit to customers. Act as liaison between customers and the internal operations of the company until a project is awarded or declined.
Be involved with project strategy to ensure the client/project intent is followed. Monitor customer relationships and assure that any complaints are resolved timely and appropriately.
Identify and contact existing and potential accounts to promote the company’s diverse activities and maximize revenue and profits from each line of business.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Engineering 5+ Years of direct experience in oil and gas. Must live in the Houston area, no relocation assistance. Must have a valid Driver’s license. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acess)
